1. Our Service Commitment
Digital marketing services, including SEO, content creation, online reputation management, and paid advertising, require a significant upfront investment of time, resources, and expertise. Once a project or campaign begins, our team immediately allocates these resources to ensure its success.
2. General Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, **payments for all services are non-refundable once the service period has commenced.** When you engage our services, you are purchasing our team's time, expertise, and the associated costs of software and advertising platforms. These costs cannot be recovered once work has begun.
3. Non-Refundable Services
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): SEO is a long-term strategy involving extensive research, technical work, and content creation. The results are cumulative and not reversible, making payments for SEO services non-refundable.
- Paid Advertising (PPC): Ad spend is paid directly to third-party platforms (like Google, Meta). These funds are non-refundable once spent. Our management fees cover the cost of strategy, setup, and ongoing optimization, which are also non-refundable.
- Content Marketing & Web Development: These services involve significant man-hours for research, writing, design, and development. Once this work has been initiated, payments cannot be refunded.
4. Cancellation of Services
You may cancel your recurring services at any time by providing a **30-day written notice**. You will be responsible for all charges incurred up to the end of that 30-day notice period. No refunds will be issued for partial service periods.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In the rare event that Jayshakthi Digital Marketing fails to commence work on your project as agreed upon in your service agreement, a full refund for that specific service may be considered. Such instances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
